The renovation proposes a change of interior distribution to satisfy the needs of the user: The existing bathroom is demolished and joined to part of the corridor, to get a complete bathroom and a toilet. Some of the dividing walls of the kitchen, corridors and laundry are demolished, to get a bigger kitchen, with more light and better connected with the living areas. A third room is recovered that will serve as a study and the existing partition between the living room and the dining room is demolished, in order to create a single, more spacious and bright living-dining space.
